Trout Creek Fair
Light Horse show; in hall exhibits of flowers, vegetables, baking, homecraft, junior exhibits; baby show; kid zone; market place of local vendors; live entertainment and adult refreshments; spaghetti supper; pancake breakfast; auto show on Sunday.

Sea Cadet Program Open House
Join us on Saturday, September 25th to learn more about the Sea Cadet Program. Our program is free and open to all youth 12-18. Navy League cadets for youth 9-11. Cadets participate in sailing, power boating, marksmanship, leadership and so much more.

Hiking Duchesnay Falls: Free Guided Youth Hike
Come join in on a great Saturday hike in the beautiful outdoors. We will be meeting at the Duchesnay Falls parking lot on Trans-Canada Hwy 17 to begin the hike at 10am. Get ready to explore the falls and surrounding trails.
We will be on the lookout for all kinds of animals and birds while enjoying the fresh air and natural environment. Plant education and identification will be part of the experience!
Did you know that being outdoors has proven to enhance focus, boost energy, and improve one’s relationships? One study even showed a strong correlation between youth being outdoors and increased academic performance!Please bring the following so you are comfortable and prepared: water bottle, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, extra snacks you may want.
This event is totally free and for all aged 13-19.
Extra water and some snacks will be provided.

Rosseau Fall Fair 
The Rosseau Agricultural Society presents: The 143rd Annual Rosseau Fall Fair. The parade starts at 10 a.m. and the official fair opening is at 10:30 a.m. There's also a 7 p.m. movie, The Greatest Showman.

Nipissing Township Museum's annual Heritage Day from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 26. Displays will include Early Flight in the area, Amelia Earhart, Nipissing area RCAF veterans, the 1910 Gordon Bennett Cup Race and CF-100 crashes.
